Step one

Fill the Krafty Lady mould.
Option 1: Fill the Krafty Lady Art Mould with paper clay, let dry. It
will absorb the paint giving the embellishment an older more aged look.
Option 2: Fill the Krafty Lady Art Mould with Premo/Sculpey III Polymer
Clay and cure it
according to the directions. It will absorb less paint retaining more
detail.

Step 2
Mix the paints.
I use paints by Modern Options because they have a large color
selection, but any patina paint will work. I'm using a few different
colors like iron, copper topper, and blond bronze and a few reactive
solutions such as instant rust, patina blue and patina green. I then mix
the paint with the reactive solution. So I'll end up with the following
eight-color pallet.
Full strength iron
Iron mixed with the instant Rust
Full strength copper topper
Copper topper mixed with patina blue
Copper topper mixed with patina green
Full strength blond bronze
Blond bronze mixed with patina blue

Step 3
Paint the embellishments
Start by painting a wash of one of the patina paints mixed with a
reaction solution. Paint different mixes in different areas letting them
blend and mix (beware of rust, it will take over, use it sparingly). The
paint will look an ugly brown at this point just let it dry and watch
the magic happen.
Once it dries the patina will develop. They look nice now and you may
want to stop here or go to step 4 to add detail.

Step 4
Rub or paint the full strength paints onto the highlighted areas to
bring out the detail.
